I'd want new character packs for online play firstly. As in new gangs and character types for purchase. I'd buy all of those in a heartbeat.
Secondly, I'd like to see new side stories added to the game that let me play as a different, unsung character.

Well I guess the usual more weapons, more characters, expanded world like the Ballad of Gay Tony and other GTA4 expansions, more horses, and new multiplayer modes. I know it sounds basic but Rockstar has a talent for making simple things turn out freakin amazing.

It would be cool if you could download an add on that unlocks anew area on the map (same size as the other areas e.g. west Elizabeth) an maybe a new bach of missions in this area.

Maybe they would expand on the animals in the game for more hunting challenges.
