I think Floppay should be the person making the decisions about these kinda of things, since he started the whole thing. Plus he has been doing alot to make the site better too, so I think he knows what hes doing.

I dont think who ever is the best should be the leader as being best does not determine your leadership. I think the members who are active and dedicated to the posse should be the leaders of the posse or higher ranks. As for top leader, Floppay started it and its his call, no matter what. Im sticking with him even if there is a vote on a leader.

we dont really need a leader for each 8 player posse. floppay should handle the stuff on the site and for competitions and stuff. we dont need to over organise everything.

I never said posting had anything to do with it, I just mean guys that are going to always be playing online with the posse and not some randoms. And if you were referring to me posting a lot I do it cause I read all the topics and I like the forums, I wasn't stating that I wanted or thought I or anyone else should be a team leader, I was just saying that I thought it should boil down to dedication. I usually never post on forums, I didn't even when I first started on this, but I don't see the point, I like discussing the game.
